Terms of Service

This document is a public offer by Ratel Robotics (the "Seller") to enter into a contract on the terms set out below. Placing an order on robots.com.ua constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these terms.

1. General provisions

This offer is governed by the laws of Ukraine, including the Civil Code of Ukraine and the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights". The Seller may amend these terms; the version posted on this page at the time an order is placed applies.

2. Subject of the contract

The Seller sells the goods presented in the merchandise section of the Site. Ground robotic systems and components are provided on request and are not offered for retail sale through the Site.

3. Ordering

The Buyer places an order through the Site or by contacting the Seller. By placing an order, the Buyer confirms that the information provided is accurate.

4. Price and payment

Prices are shown on the Site in Ukrainian hryvnia (UAH). Payment is made online via the WayForPay payment service or by another agreed method.

5. Delivery

Delivery is carried out by Nova Poshta on the carrier's terms. Times and costs depend on the address and the carrier's rates.

6. Returns and exchanges

The Buyer may return or exchange goods of proper quality within 14 days under the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights", provided the goods were not used and their presentation is preserved. Goods of improper quality are returned in accordance with applicable law.

7. Rights and obligations of the parties

The Seller undertakes to deliver goods of proper quality. The Buyer undertakes to accept and pay for the goods. The parties act in good faith and in accordance with the law.

8. Intellectual property

All Site materials (text, images, logos, design) belong to Ratel Robotics and are protected by law. Use without the Seller's consent is prohibited.

9. Personal data

The Buyer's personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

10. Charitable purpose

Proceeds from merchandise sales support the 120th Separate Reconnaissance Regiment.
