Manages production processes, coordinates the team's work, ensures the plan is met and product quality is maintained. Optimizes production and monitors compliance with standards. Experience in production management is required; knowledge of Lean Manufacturing will be an advantage.
Responsibilities:
- Organizing and overseeing the production of robotic systems.
- Planning and coordinating the work of production units.
- Ensuring the production plan is met within set deadlines.
- Optimizing production processes to improve efficiency.
- Monitoring compliance with technological norms, quality standards, and occupational safety.
- Analyzing bottlenecks in production and implementing measures to eliminate them.
- Managing staff, training, and developing employees.
- Interacting with other company departments (procurement, logistics, quality).
Requirements:
- Higher technical education (mechanical engineering, automation, electronics).
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar position.
- A deep understanding of production processes and the assembly technology of electronic and mechanical devices.
- Team management experience.
- Ability to work with technical documentation and production planning.
- Analytical thinking, responsibility, and the ability to make quick decisions.
Additional preferences:
- Experience in the military or high-precision equipment field.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing.
