We are looking for a UGV/UAS Instructor who can professionally train military personnel and specialists to operate unmanned aerial and ground robotic systems. If you have technical thinking, combat or instructor experience, and can explain complex things simply — we will be glad to have you on the team.
Key responsibilities:
- Conducting training and exercises on operating UAS/UGV.
- Preparing courses, training materials, and documentation.
- Demonstrating the systems' capabilities at training grounds and during testing.
- Assessing trainees' skill levels and supporting them during training missions.
- Monitoring the correct operation of equipment and identifying faults.
- Interacting with the technical department on improvements and refinements.
Requirements:
- Experience with UAVs, ground robotic systems, or other types of equipment (preferred).
- Understanding of the principles of electronics, communications, and control.
- Service experience in the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the National Guard, or other security units (preferred).
- Ability to teach, explain, and work with groups.
- Readiness to travel and work at training grounds.
- Stress resistance, responsibility, discipline.
A plus:
- Experience in the combat use of UGVs or UAVs.
- Experience developing or testing robotic systems.
- Having your own training methodologies.
